全球数贸交易中心牵手中巴产业合作 洽谈会在京达成多项共识

The China‑Pakistan Industrial Cooperation Negotiation, Co‑hosted by the Global Digital Trade Exchange Center, Reaches Multiple Consensuses in Beijing

2026年8月17日，应全球数贸交易中心（GDTTC）邀请，巴基斯坦 Spectrum Group（My E-Car/Go GreenRide）及 Land Pakistan 集团代表团访问北京，出席中巴产业合作洽谈会。双方围绕亚洲贸易馆选址、地产基建、现代农业与清真食品、矿产开发、新能源汽车等领域达成多项合作共识。

On August 17, 2026, at the invitation of the Global Digital Trade Transaction Center (GDTTC), a delegation from Pakistan's Spectrum Group (My E-Car/Go GreenRide) and Land Pakistan Group visited Beijing to attend the China-Pakistan Industrial Cooperation Seminar. The two sides reached multiple consensuses on cooperation in areas including the site selection of the Asia Trade Pavilion, real estate and infrastructure, modern agriculture and halal food, mineral development, and new energy vehicles.

会议由全球数贸交易中心理事长李宇主持，副理事长刘秀明、贸易中心主任郭广亮，理事曹舸及全球数贸交易中心各产业中心代表参会。巴方代表团由巴基斯坦 Spectrum Group 主席哈立德·马哈茂德（Khalid Mahmood）率队，成员涵盖建筑、地产开发、工程基建、新能源及矿产资源等领域核心企业代表。

The meeting was chaired by Li Yu, Chairman of the Board of the Global Digital Trade Transaction Center. Liu Xiuming (Vice Chairman of the Board), Guo Guangliang (Director of the Trade Center) and Cao Ge (Council Member) of the Global Digital Trade Transaction Center, together with representatives of its various industry centers, attended the meeting. The Pakistani delegation was led by Khalid Mahmood, Chairman of Spectrum Group of Pakistan, with members covering core enterprise representatives from the fields of construction, real estate development, engineering infrastructure, new energy and mineral resources.

会上，双方结合各自产业优势，就重点合作方向进行了深入交流。在亚洲贸易馆选址方面，双方就巴基斯坦国家馆在交易中心的落地条件与功能定位进行了深入探讨，期待依托贸易馆这一常设载体，集中展示巴基斯坦优质产品与产业优势，为两国企业搭建常态化的展示、洽谈与贸易对接窗口。在地产基建领域，双方围绕巴基斯坦城市发展与基础设施建设需求，交流了项目合作与产业联动的可行路径，认为该领域合作潜力值得进一步挖掘。在现代农业与清真食品方面，双方结合巴基斯坦农业资源禀赋与我国市场需求，就农产品贸易合作、清真食品市场对接等议题交换了意见，一致认为中巴农业互补性强、合作空间广阔。在矿产开发领域，双方就巴基斯坦矿产资源优势及合作开发利用前景进行了交流，探讨了资源型项目合作的方向与模式。在新能源汽车领域，双方结合巴方在新能源与绿色出行方面的产业布局，就新能源汽车推广、绿色出行合作等方向进行了探讨，期待推动相关合作取得实质性进展。

At the meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on key cooperation directions based on their respective industrial advantages. Regarding the site selection of the Asia Trade Pavilion, the two sides held in-depth discussions on the implementation conditions and functional positioning of the Pakistan National Pavilion within the Trading Center, expecting to rely on the Pavilion as a permanent platform to centrally showcase Pakistan's quality products and industrial strengths, and to build a normalized window for exhibition, negotiation and trade matchmaking for enterprises of both countries. In the field of real estate and infrastructure, the two sides exchanged feasible paths for project cooperation and industrial synergy around Pakistan's urban development and infrastructure construction needs, agreeing that the cooperation potential in this field is worthy of further exploration. In the area of modern agriculture and halal food, combining Pakistan's agricultural resource endowments with China's market demand, the two sides exchanged views on issues such as agricultural product trade cooperation and halal food market docking, unanimously agreeing that China-Pakistan agriculture is highly complementary with broad space for cooperation. In the field of mineral development, the two sides exchanged views on Pakistan's mineral resource advantages and the prospects for cooperative development and utilization, and explored the directions and models of cooperation in resource-based projects. In the field of new energy vehicles, combining the Pakistani side's industrial layout in new energy and green mobility, the two sides explored directions such as the promotion of new energy vehicles and green mobility cooperation, looking forward to advancing substantive progress in relevant cooperation.

会议期间，中巴双方互赠具有文化特色的纪念品。双方一致表示，中巴友谊历久弥新，此次洽谈会旨在深化中巴经济走廊（China-Pakistan Economic Corridor，CPEC）第二阶段务实产业协作，依托全球数贸交易中心平台优势，推动优势互补、互利共赢，服务两国产业合作。

During the meeting, the Chinese and Pakistani sides exchanged cultural-featured commemorative gifts. The two sides unanimously stated that the China-Pakistan friendship grows ever new with time, and that this seminar aims to deepen the practical industrial cooperation of the second phase of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), leverage the platform advantages of the Global Digital Trade Transaction Center, promote complementary advantages and mutual benefit, and serve the industrial cooperation of the two countries.

下一步，双方将依托全球数贸交易中心平台，持续推进本次洽谈会达成的各项合作共识，进一步深化中巴经济走廊框架下的产业协作，携手开创中巴经贸合作新局面。

Next, the two sides will rely on the platform of the Global Digital Trade Transaction Center to continuously advance the various cooperation consensuses reached at this seminar, further deepen industrial cooperation under the framework of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, and jointly create a new chapter in China-Pakistan economic and trade cooperation.
