• Enterprise Credit Inquiry and Assessment
• Online Digital Exhibition Services
• Cross-border Settlement & Escrow
• Smart Logistics Matching
• Premium Member Services

2. Register Account

Before using platform services, you must complete account registration:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your account password secure and take responsibility for all activity on your account.
• Notify the platform immediately if you discover your account has been compromised
• Do not transfer, lend, or share your account with others.

3. User Code of Conduct

By using the platform services, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Post false or misleading content
• Infringing on others' intellectual property or trade secrets
• Engage in illegal activities such as fraud or money laundering
• Disrupt the normal operation of the platform or interfere with other users
• Unauthorized collection of other users' information

4. Trading Rules

For transactions completed through the platform, both parties must adhere to the following rules:

• Both parties shall act in good faith and fulfill their obligations as agreed.
• The platform offers escrow services to ensure transaction security.
• Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation between both parties; the platform may assist in mediation.
• The platform does not guarantee the performance capability of either party to the transaction.

5. Member Services

The platform offers tiered membership services:

• Membership benefits are subject to what is displayed on the page at the time of activation.
• Membership fees are non-refundable except in special circumstances.
• If not renewed after membership expires, you will automatically be downgraded to the Basic plan.
• The platform reserves the right to adjust membership benefits and pricing.

6. Disclaimer

The platform shall not be liable under the following circumstances:

• Service interruption due to force majeure
• Account losses caused by the user
• Content and behavior of third-party websites or services
• Disputes arising from performance between the two parties
• Due to technical issues such as network failures or system maintenance

7. Terms modified

The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service and close your account.
